مقبوضہ کشمیر کا گورنر مستعفی، بھارت کے لئے مشکلات میں اضافہ

 مقبوضہ کشمیر کے لیفٹیننٹ گورنر گیریش چندر مرمو نے بھارتی حکومت سے شدید اختلافات کے بعد استعفیٰ دے دیا ہے۔ ذرائع کے مطابق ، انہوں نے اپنا استعفیٰ ہندوستانی صدر رام ناتھ کووند کو پیش کیا ہے۔مقبوضہ کشمیر سے موصولہ اطلاعات کے مطابق ، لیفٹیننٹ گورنر نے مقبوضہ کشمیر پر جارحانہ قبضے سے متعلق بھارتی حکومت کو اپنے تحفظات سے آگاہ کیا تھا اور مقبوضہ کشمیر میں انسانی حقوق کی پامالی ، مسلسل کرفیو اور لاک ڈاؤن کے حوالے سے کشمیری عوام کی حالت زار سے حکومت کو آگاہ کیا تھا۔واضح رہے کہ نریندر مودی کی حکومت نے گذشتہ سال 5 اگست کو آئین کے آرٹیکل 370 کو منسوخ کیا تھا ، جس نے جموں و کشمیر کو خصوصی اختیارات دیئے تھے اور اسے مرکزی زیر انتظام دو علاقوں ، جموں و کشمیر اور لداخ میں تقسیم کرکے اس کی ریاستی حیثیت ختم کردی تھی۔ تب سے ہندوستانی حکومت نے تمام مقامی رہنماؤں کو اس اقدام کے خلاف آواز اٹھانے ، ٹیلیفون ، انٹرنیٹ اور مواصلاتی نظام پر پابندی لگانے اور پورے خطے میں سخت ترین کرفیو نافذ کرنے کے لئے حراست میں لیا۔کرفیو کی طرح ہی ، یہ ساری پابندی لگ بھگ آٹھ ماہ تک جاری رہی۔  ابھی بھی سینکڑوں افراد کو کشمیر اور کشمیر سے باہر کی جیلوں میں رکھا گیا ہے۔پچھلے ایک سال سے ، اسکول اور کالج بند ہیں ، کاروبار ، سیاحت اور دیگر تمام شعبے رکے ہوئے ہیں ، جس نے کشمیر کی معیشت کو بری طرح متاثر کیا ہے اور عام آدمی بہت پریشان ہے۔لہذا جب ان کے مطالبات پورے نہیں ہوئے تو  لیفٹیننٹ گورنر نے بھارتی قبضے کی سالگرہ کے موقع پر صدر کو اپنا استعفیٰ پیش کیا ، جس سے ہندوستانی حکومت حیرت زدہ ہوئی۔
