Smoking, tobacco and other drugs play an important and negative role in shortening human life. It is common for people all over the world, including Pakistan, to smoke, but it can also put you to death. Many people in the world die of lung disease after smoking. Once you become addicted to smoking, it becomes very difficult to quit. So if you want to quit this exercise forever, follow the five helpful tips below.
1. 1- Develop a strategy
Set a date when you are going to quit smoking and also research its effects. Revisiting your vacation plan can make your vacation more comfortable. Determine the time I will leave it and it should not be all verbal but write it down regularly on a piece of paper and put your signature also.
2- Help yourself
Let your friends and family know that you have decided to quit smoking. Tell them your motivation and tell them not to show up in front of you. Also download an app that can help you track your desires and understand your style. That way, you can divert your attention.
3- Keep yourself busy
One of the best ways to quit smoking is to keep yourself busy. If there is no prohibition in your office or home, whenever there is a demand for cigarettes, instead of smoking, play any game on the computer for 5 minutes or try to think some of these activities.

Spend time with non-smoking friends.

4- Get rid of smoking related things
The time you set to quit smoking, when they arrive, immediately destroy all those things or tobacco, throw them away, remove them from yourself, ie matches, lighters (try to Take out the lighter system you have in car), throw away the ashtray and leftover cigarettes.
5- Do not give up
It is against the dignity of man to give up in doing good deeds. There is nothing in the world which nature has given precedence to man. Smoking is a bad and deadly addiction, which has a detrimental effect not only on oneself but on the whole family and society.
